Client Service Representative; CSR; Beverly Hills

The Client Service Representative manages day-to-day client service functions and supports boutique operations in partnership with boutique management. The role oversees point-of-sale operations, aftersales, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control, loss prevention, and client service.

• Support the selling floor as needed and participate in all inventories.
• Resolve problems and make informed suggestions to improve service and productivity at the cash wrap.
• Support boutique operations, including safety and security, policies and procedures, product receiving, and other operational tasks.

• At least 3 years of retail cashiering experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and perform the role's physical duties.
• Willingness to follow company policies and standards and travel as needed.
