Assistant Boutique Director - Beverly Hills

The Assistant Boutique Director supports the Boutique Director with day-to-day management of the sales team and customer service. The role helps drive sales, client development, and effective boutique operations in a luxury retail setting.

• Maximize sales, minimize stock losses, and bring new clients to the business.
• Open and close the boutique.
• Coach, staff, and schedule associates; manage merchandising and inventory.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and maintain customer service standards.
• Develop and train associates, manage sales and clienteling objectives, and oversee attendance and housekeeping standards.

• 7+ years of retail experience, preferably including at least 3 years of management experience in a luxury product setting.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to open or close the store as needed.
• Ability to use POS systems, computers, phones, cash registers, and other store equipment.
