You will serve customers, handle money, and be the face of our bakery.

• Greets and interacts with customers
• Works with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment
• Takes all customer orders clearly and communicates with other staff when needed
• Assembles all food orders promptly according to recipe guidelines and standards
  • Repeats all orders to customers to ensure accuracy and special requests
• Operates Cash Register
  • Accepts customer payment
  • Gives adequate change
  • Communicates voids with management
• Performs general housekeeping in the department; cleans and sanitizes the work area.
• Performs Sandwich Bar Preparation – Slicing Meat, Cheese, and Vegetables
  • Operates a slicer, wrapping, and cooking equipment
  • Assists in maintaining all equipment in safe working condition
• Stocks bagels, cream cheese, and beverages in the retail area
• Works in different temperature environments (cooler and freezer)
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations; achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit
• Other related duties as assigned
