Role

You will own growth end to end, from generating demand across referral sources and partners, to running consultative discovery calls, to closing new memberships, to driving member success and upsell. You will build and manage a high-quality pipeline in our CRM, lead outreach across senior living, physicians, family offices, legal and wealth advisors, and select corporate channels, and you will create repeatable motions that scale.

This is a leadership role in close partnership with the CEO and Chief of Staff.

You will deliver these outcomes in your first 12 months
  • Net new revenue, membership sales with clear monthly targets, consistent attainment
  • A predictable top-of-funnel engine, sourced by you, senior living and clinical partners, advisors, events, and content
  • A clean pipeline in CRM with reliable stage conversion, forecast, and next steps on every deal
  • A partner network that produces qualified introductions each month, senior living, concierge medicine, family offices, legal, wealth
  • A member feedback and upsell loop, post-sale touchpoints that expand lifetime value
  • A simple growth playbook, repeatable outreach scripts, follow ups, talk tracks, objection handles
Core responsibilities
  • Lead generation and partnerships, identify and open relationships with senior living, physicians, concierge practices, family offices, estate and elder law, wealth advisors, plus targeted corporate offerings
  • Run discovery and close, consultative conversations with adult children and decision makers, create proposals, negotiate, close, hand off cleanly
  • Member success and upsell, short post-sale cadence to confirm value, capture referrals, expand services
  • Own the CRM, pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, forecast, speed to lead, follow up cadences, reporting
  • Events and co-marketing, small salons, webinars, physician talks, senior living activations, with light content creation
  • Message market fit, test scripts, track results, scale what works
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, coordinate with Care Advocates, maintain HIPAA-aware communication practices
Must have
  • 5 to 10 years in consultative sales or BD with high-expectation clients, healthcare or premium services preferred
  • Proven self-sourced pipeline and consistent quota attainment, you can show numbers
  • Experience selling services that involve trust, discretion, and complex decisions
  • Excellent discovery and executive presence, crisp writing, strong objection handling
  • Operates independently, builds structure, documents process, improves weekly
Nice to have
  • Background selling GCM support, in-home care, concierge medicine, senior living, or adjacent premium services
  • Rolodex across physicians, senior living, family offices, legal, wealth, or the ability to build one fast
