Our headquarters is located in Sacramento
, and we are actively expanding into the Bay Area
, opening a new office to serve this high‑demand market.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ADU Sales Representative to support our expansion into the Bay Area, while being fully integrated with our Sacramento‑based headquarters.

Important:

All onboarding, training, and initial ramp‑up will take place in Sacramento.

This is a mobile role, requiring travel between Sacramento and Bay Area markets.

Relocation support may be considered only for top‑tier professionals with proven U.S. experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage high‑volume inbound leads generated by the company’s marketing efforts
  • Consult homeowners on ADU feasibility, design options, pricing, and construction process
  • Guide clients through the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract
  • Conduct in‑office, showroom, and virtual consultations
  • Visit client properties to collect project data (photos, measurements, site conditions)
  • Present completed design proposals and cost estimates
  • Lead negotiations and close high‑value residential construction contracts
  • Maintain consistent follow‑up to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Accurately manage pipeline and customer communication using CRM and AI tools
  • Collaborate closely with design, estimating, permitting, and construction teams
  • Transition closed projects smoothly to the construction department
Sales Targets & KPIs
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain strong close rates on warm inbound leads
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Keep accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records
  • Demonstrate consistent pipeline activity and deal progression
Required Hard & Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of ADUs and residential construction processes
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, AI tools, and sales automation platforms
  • Excellent understanding of consultative sales methodologies
  • Ability to deliver professional project presentations
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Required Soft Skills & Traits (STRICT)
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1 or higher)
  • Fluency in Russian (required)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage long‑term negotiations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to anticipate client concerns and proactively address them
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience in ADU construction
  • Residential construction or real‑estate background
  • Familiarity with permitting and local building regulations
  • Leadership potential and interest in growing into a General Manager role (Bay Area)
