Elevating Sales Excellence!

As a Senior Account Manager, you will leverage your extensive experience in the environmental industry to build meaningful client relationships, spearhead strategic sales initiatives, and contribute to the growth and success of our sales team. This is a high‑impact role, reserved for seasoned sales professionals who can set and achieve ambitious revenue goals while representing A-Tech’s core values.

What You’ll Do:

New Business Development:

  • Lead efforts to identify and pursue high‑value clients in target industries.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
  • Cultivate long‑term relationships with strategic partners, ensuring high retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and senior leadership to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Mentor and train junior sales staff, contributing to their professional development and helping build the client pipeline.

Account Management:

  • Oversee a portfolio of high‑profile clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long‑term business growth.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid‑level Account Managers.
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Review accounts for upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive additional revenue.

Sales Performance:

  • Consistently exceed annual sales targets, with a goal of $1 million in revenue or more.
  • Track and report sales progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Play a pivotal role in the sales department’s overall growth strategy, contributing to long‑term business objectives.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, with a focus on high‑value clients.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing teams and contributing to sales strategies.
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and closing high‑value deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • A creative, flexible mindset with a passion for exploring innovative ways to connect with clients and promote services.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information in an accessible way.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight trips as needed.

    • Base salary 80‑100k depending on experience
    • 1st yr range 115k‑180k+, 2nd yr range and after 155k‑280k++
    • No cap on commissions and commission paid out monthly
