- Role Type:
1099 – Performance-based, with the option of a weekly draw. - Work Type: Outside B2B relationship building, primarily through networking, referrals, and in-person visits with business owners and decision-makers.
- Earnings Opportunity: Typical annual range of $60,000–$110,000, depending on individual performance and engagement.
- Qualified Pre-Scheduled Appointments: Average 10–15 appointments per week to help you connect with potential clients.
- Compensation: Uncapped commissions (25%) and monthly residuals (25%).

Incentives:
Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses, paid weekly. A 30-day new rep bonus of $100 per quote for your first 30 days. - Weekly Draw: $375 weekly draw to support income as you build your book of business.

- Provide Insights: Share information about Horizon Payments and how our solutions can help businesses manage costs and operate more efficiently.
- Stay Organized: Track prospects, progress, and follow-ups using CRM tools to ensure clear communication and momentum.
- Support Decision-Making: Help merchants move forward with a quote review while National Sales Managers (NSM) prepare and present quotes and are responsible for closing them.
No prior experience is required.
- Ability to identify and engage potential clients.
- Comfort presenting company solutions in a clear, professional manner.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with business owners and decision-makers.
- Professional and respectful approach to handling questions or objections.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
