POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced Inbound Roofing Sales Phone Specialist to handle incoming and outbound leads, qualify homeowners, schedule appointments, and convert opportunities into signed contracts. This role is phone-focused and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust quickly.
This position plays a critical role in the first impression of Roofing Angels. Professionalism, clarity, and confidence on the phone are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Handle inbound roofing leads and follow up on outbound lead opportunities
- Process leads from multiple marketing and referral sources
- Qualify homeowners and gather necessary project details
- Schedule inspections and appointments accurately
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until resolution
- Track lead activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Communicate effectively with sales, production, and scheduling teams
- Ensure homeowners feel informed, heard, and confident throughout the process
- Minimum of 2 years of roofing or construction-related experience
- Minimum of 2 years of phone-based customer service or sales experience
- Strong scheduling and appointment coordination background
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- Professional phone presence with clear and confident delivery
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Typical Weekly Average: 3 signed contracts per week
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $30,000 to $60,000+, depending on performance
- Consistent daily availability required
