ACOA POSITION

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of company sales experience with own sales accounts preferred
• Please list up your account on your resume
• Establish/maintain new accounts and process / follow up PO with buyers
• Attend and travel for out-of-state meetings (Must be eligible to travel)
• Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, and maintain/expand business with existing client base
• Communicate proactively with clients and respond in a timely manner to all correspondence; go the “extra mile” to build customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Fluent in English

• Will be processing orders
• Track/ship samples and swatch
• Prepare samples for meetings
• Data entry such as product attributes or any doc required by sales and production team
• Communicate with shipping department to ensure shipping is on track
• Able to multitask and detail oriented
• Great communicator and able to delegate work accordingly to team members
• Know how to use Excel, Word and Outlook as well as computer skills
• Ensure shipping labels are created and payments are captured before order fulfillment
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Experience with fit specs and fit comments
• WIP tracking, data entry, tech packs, and fit comments
