Job SummaryWe are looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified leads and book sales appointments with decision‑makers. This role focuses on outbound & inbound lead generation, prospect qualification, and scheduling sales meetings for deal closing. If you have experience selling SaaS, platforms, or B2B services and enjoy opening doors, this role is for you.
Responsibilities- Identify and target travel agencies, corporate travel companies, and hospitality businesses
- Generate leads via cold email, Linked In outreach, calls, and CRM tools
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects
- Book high‑quality sales appointments with decision‑makers
- Present Luxe Stay’s AI platform and white‑label solution clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records of leads and meetings
- Collaborate with the closing team to improve conversion rates
- Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or lead generation
- Strong appointment‑setting and qualification skills
- Comfortable selling high‑value B2B solutions
- Experience in Travel Tech, hospitality, or corporate services is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated and performance‑focused
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
