Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Sales Representative to build on established relationships while helping grow and support key accounts. The ideal candidate understands the fast pace of the produce world, knows the market, and builds strong customer relationships with confidence. You will play a key role in expanding business, strengthening partnerships, and driving sales across multiple channels.

• Apply your existing industry network to identify opportunities, open new accounts and gain consistent sales from current accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service through responsive and clear communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Stay informed on market trends, product availability, and customer needs.
• Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and industry knowledge.

• 3 Years of experience in produce sales and/or buying.
• Sales record with consistent growth and strong margins.
• Strong knowledge of produce markets, commodities, and seasonal trends.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate:
  Produce Pro experience is a plus.
