Nomology is looking for an Agency Sales Director to join our team. This role is responsible for selling Nomology directly to media agencies and global brands. We’re seeking a strategic partnership builder with deep digital advertising experience and a strong network of agency and brand contacts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating and growing revenue around digital video advertising solutions.
Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and implement effective partnership sales plans, playbooks, and strategies to deliver maximum value to both agency partners and Nomology
- Meet and exceed defined partnership sales targets
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Client Services to maximize revenue and drive innovation for clients
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers across media agencies and brands
- Own the RFP process in partnership with Client Services to ensure the best of Nomology’s offering is represented
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly account revenue streams accurately
- Contribute to company culture by embracing our values and fostering a positive, collaborative environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of advertising sales experience with agencies and brands
- 3+ years in video or You Tube advertising preferred
- Experience working with independent and mid-tier ad agencies is a plus
- Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the ability to position Nomology’s proprietary technology within a competitive landscape
- Strategic thinker who can translate marketing needs into actionable solutions

- Base salary of $140,000–$170,000 plus commission
