Flooring Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team in Los Angeles County. This is a high-impact role for a self-driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge and established contacts in the flooring market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate independent sales through existing industry relationships and new business development
• Prospect, identify, and secure new accounts (retailers, builders, etc.)
• Visit customers regularly to maintain relationships and present product offerings
• Set up and maintain product displays and samples at client locations
• Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
• Track sales activity and maintain organized customer records

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the flooring industry (required)
• Strong existing network and contacts within Los Angeles County
• Demonstrated ability to generate independent sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout LA County
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) highly preferred
• Valid Driver's License & Car Insurance
