Market Account Executive

Job Description

Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for experienced sales professionals for our market growth sales team. Our superior software solutions, our award-winning sales, service and support have made us one of the most recognized and respected companies in the automotive industry. As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Reynolds’ products within competitive accounts. Serving as the subject matter expert for our core software solutions, you will work closely with area sales representatives to drive market share growth and show how our solutions can help car dealerships deliver superior results.

This position requires someone with a high level of tenacity and closing ability in order to achieve set sales quotas within the assigned territory. In this role, you are eligible to receive a company car for both business and personal use.

You will receive a base salary of $85,000 and total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $150,000/year including commissions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in sales
• Automotive retail dealership experience (required)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to close sales
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to travel, with hotels stays, up to 8-10 nights/month
• Superb time management skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
