Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Commercial Account Manager role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and insurance providers, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key daily responsibilities include overseeing policy renewals, addressing client inquiries, reviewing and updating insurance coverage, and ensuring a high level of overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Service, with a strong focus on maintaining and developing long‑term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverage options, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Sales skills to identify client needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and contribute to company revenue goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant account and policy management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly within commercial or business lines, is highly preferred.
