We are seeking a motivated, organized, and sales‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support and grow our Los Angeles market — our largest and most dynamic territory

This hybrid role blends sales support, administrative coordination, and marketing execution. You will receive hands‑on training across every aspect of the furniture representative business, working directly under the CEO / LA Market Manager while also supporting the LA A&D Market Manager.

This position is ideal for an early‑career professional looking to build a long‑term career in furniture, design, or sales, with direct mentorship from senior leadership and clear earning and advancement opportunities.

• Support sales efforts across Dealers, A&D (Architecture & Design), and End Users
• Assist with account follow‑ups, presentations, and relationship development
• Participate in field visits, showroom meetings, and client appointments
• Track leads and project opportunities throughout the LA market
• Learn manufacturer pricing structures and quoting processes
• Create and manage quotes for commercial projects
• Assist with job registrations and order follow‑ups

• Manage and organize the materials and finish library
• Prepare and ship samples and finish packages
• Maintain accurate product and finish information
• Develop in‑depth knowledge across all represented manufacturers

• Assist with local marketing initiatives and outreach
• Coordinate events, presentations, and industry engagements
• Maintain CRM data, contact lists, and internal documentation
• Support trade shows, trainings, and market events

This role offers full‑spectrum training in the furniture rep business, including:

• Materials library management
• Manufacturer pricing and quoting
• Dealer, A&D, and end‑user sales strategies
• Market development and territory management
• Client communication and relationship building
• Marketing coordination and brand positioning
• How a top‑performing LA furniture market operates day‑to‑day

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, creative environment
• Interest in furniture, design, architecture, or sales preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools (training provided for industry software)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the LA market

(Prior industry experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate.)
