- Develop strategic account plans with customers, aligning on mutual goals, key milestones, and growth opportunities.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Support teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate relationships with healthcare executives and decision‑makers, becoming a trusted partner in their journey.
- Present Omnicell’s value proposition to various stakeholders through compelling storytelling, product demonstrations, and corporate site visits.
- Communicate with clarity and authenticity, positioning Omnicell as a leader in medication automation and healthcare solutions.
- Influence key decision‑makers by showcasing how Omnicell’s technology enhances efficiency and patient safety.
- Build customized account strategies that drive business growth, increase market share, and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to expand Omnicell’s presence through upselling, cross‑selling, and innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Continuously develop your expertise in the healthcare and technology space, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing a portfolio of key healthcare accounts.
- Negotiate and execute contracts that drive long‑term partnerships and mutual success.
- Utilize data and insights to refine account strategies, improve decision‑making, and drive measurable results.
- Serve as a customer advocate, proactively identifying challenges and ensuring timely resolution through internal collaboration.
- Own customer success by ensuring the seamless implementation and adoption of Omnicell’s solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement, leveraging customer feedback to enhance Omnicell’s offerings and service delivery.
- A passion for building lasting customer relationships and driving impactful solutions.
- Experience in healthcare sales, particularly in capital equipment, software, or complex solutions.
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to influence, communicate, and lead in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales OR
- High School diploma and 5+ years of healthcare sales experience
- Experience with value‑based selling and complex sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Miller Heiman).
- A deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving strategic growth.

Salary Information:-$80,000 to $90,000 Base earnings
- $125,000 Bonus Variable compensation plan with uncapped earning potential.
