You’ll work closely with our leadership, educators, sales team, and distributor partners to ensure smooth operations, flawless execution, and rock-solid support across all programs. If you love spreadsheets, stylists, systems, and seeing a good plan come together — you might be our person.
Essential Functions Education Support- Coordinate EMC classes
, Mane Mentor trainings, academy schedules, and educator travel. - Maintain classes online, certifications, and class materials.
- Track class attendance, revenue, KPIs, and post-class follow-ups.
- Manage shipments for kits, mannequins, tools, and training materials.
- Ensure educators have what they need to look like absolute rockstars.
- Assist with lead routing
, regional updates, and account organization. - Own the backend setup of new accounts, Wilshire Elite tiers, salon loyalty enrollments, etc.
- Support the field team with sample requests, sell sheets, and pricing updates.
- Help maintain CRM accuracy (targets, notes, follow-ups, all the things salespeople forget).
- Prepare reports, decks, and summaries for leadership.
- Process wholesale inquiries, account setups, and tier assignments.
- Assist with order entry
, tracking, pricing checks, and account status updates. - Coordinate with Customer Service during high-volume periods to ensure partners get fast, accurate support.
- Help manage promotional calendars, stock-up events, and communication points for distributors.
- Ensure wholesale partners get the right info: hi-res images, sell sheets, promos, and launch dates.
- 2+ years in a beauty, sales, education, or wholesale operational support role.
- Comfortable in CRM platforms (Net Suite, Hub Spot, or similar).
- Enjoys working with educators, salespeople, stylists, and distributors
- Excellent communication - both friendly and firm when needed.
- Obsessed with organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Excel/Google Sheets wizard vibes.
- Able to pivot quickly - hair emergencies happen.
