As a Sales Coordinator at PPM, you create a positive first impression for our prospective clients and are a key driver of sales performance. Your purpose is to create a smooth, responsive, and confidence-building experience for every inbound lead.
You help ensure proposals are prepared quickly, communication remains clear, and opportunities are converted efficiently.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Account Coordinator, Senior Account Executives, and Marketing Manager while learning the technical side of our As-Built production process, setting you up to confidently guide clients through next steps.
ABOUT YOU- You are lead conversion driven.You instinctively know how to quickly and carefully take inbound leads, then utilize your strong analytical, communication and CRM skills to turn potential prospects into customers.

- You are production oriented.You understand AEC industry production workflows and will embrace our As-Built process so you can answer questions with clarity.

This is a full-time position (40+ hours/week) with potential opportunities for overtime. In a typical week, you will:
- Manage inbound leads through calls, email, website forms, CRM entries, and internal routing
- Quickly prepare accurate proposals meeting turn-around times (your primary performance metric).
- Execute timely and proactive follow ups to maximize lead conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and proposal tracking
- Collaborate daily with the Sales and Marketing team to keep communication smooth and aligned
- Become familiar with PPM’s As Built workflow in order to confidently discuss scopes, processes, and timelines with clients
You may be a strong fit if you have:
- Two to five years of inside or inbound B2B sales or coordination experience, ideally in a technical or service based environment
- Strong client and internal communication skills across phone, email, and written messages
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
- $25 - $33 an hour, based on experience
- Hybrid Schedule
