Job BriefWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on growing and nurturing existing client relationships. This is a farmer-focused role where your success comes from trust, long-term partnerships, and account expansion. You will work closely with healthcare, life sciences, and pharma clients, helping them get the most value from staffing and IT solutions while identifying ways to grow each account over time.

- Own and manage a portfolio of existing healthcare, life sciences, and pharma accounts.
- Build deep, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client business goals and proactively recommend staffing and IT services and solutions.
- Drive account growth through renewals, extensions, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and technical teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Lead regular account reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify risks early and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate account forecasts, revenue plans, and reporting.
- Stay informed about client industry trends to better advise and support accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, IT, or a related field.
- 5 to 12 years of experience in Account Management, with a strong focus on account growth.
- Proven experience managing and expanding existing client accounts.
- Strong background in staffing services and IT solutions (mandatory).
- Experience working with healthcare, life sciences, or pharma clients (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in renewals, account expansion, and client retention in the US market.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent value.
- Take ownership of long-term client relationships and see your impact grow over time.
