is seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Sales Director to join our growing team. This is a hunter role for a driven seller who thrives on building new relationships, opening doors, and creating revenue from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, closing, and growing a portfolio of Search and Social advertisers while representing  as a trusted performance marketing partner.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, integrity, and a partnership mindset — someone who is competitive, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve. At , we treat our clients as long-term partners, so strong communication skills and the ability to build authentic relationships are critical to success.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively prospect and close new advertiser relationships
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
  • Build, manage, and grow a healthy, sustainable sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage long-term client relationships to drive repeat and incremental revenue
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure strong onboarding, performance, and client satisfaction
  • Represent  professionally in both virtual and in-person settings

Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in digital advertising, ideally in performance based marketing
  • Proven track record of building a book of business from the ground up
  • Experience selling search and/or social advertising solutions
  • Existing relationships and book of business preferred
  • History of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals
