is seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Sales Director to join our growing team. This is a hunter role for a driven seller who thrives on building new relationships, opening doors, and creating revenue from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, closing, and growing a portfolio of Search and Social advertisers while representing as a trusted performance marketing partner.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, integrity, and a partnership mindset — someone who is competitive, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve. What You’ll Do- Proactively prospect and close new advertiser relationships
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
- Build, manage, and grow a healthy, sustainable sales pipeline
- Develop and manage long-term client relationships to drive repeat and incremental revenue
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure strong onboarding, performance, and client satisfaction
- Represent professionally in both virtual and in-person settings
- Relentless hunter mentality with a proven drive to win new business
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior-level clients
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and ownership
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related sales tools
- 3–5+ years of sales experience in digital advertising, ideally in performance based marketing
- Proven track record of building a book of business from the ground up
- Experience selling search and/or social advertising solutions
- Existing relationships and book of business preferred
- History of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals
