We’re expanding our B2B Account Management Team — and we’re looking for someone who truly loves beauty!

If you’re passionate about the beauty world, love exploring new K-Beauty trends, and enjoy building relationships with people, this role could be your perfect fit.

As part of our B2B Account Management team, you’ll work closely with offline retail buyers — from boutique stores to chain retailers — helping them discover the right product selections, plan assortments, and grow their category performance.

you’ll be helping our retail partners succeed on the sales floor.

You’ll also have the chance to travel for trade shows, pop‑up events, and retail visits. — but that’s all part of the fun of beauty!

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our growing B2B K‑Beauty distribution team. This role will manage a portfolio of wholesale clients
, strengthen customer relationships, and support sales growth through consistent communication, product recommendations, and reorder follow‑ups. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about K‑Beauty and eager to grow their career in brand management, distribution, and retail partnerships within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage day‑to‑day communication with assigned B2B accounts (B & C tier customers).
  • Maintain customer activity, encourage reorders, and introduce new launches.
  • Provide timely support on inquiries, pricing, availability, and product information.
  • Track customer order cycles and proactively follow up to increase order frequency.
  • Meet monthly sales KPIs through upselling, cross‑selling, and reorder management.
  • Prepare proposals, product assortments, and recommendations based on client needs.
  • Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities to boost account performance.

Product & Marketing Coordination

  • Share new product releases, seasonal programs, and promotional materials with clients.
  • Work with retail partners to develop co‑op marketing events
    , promotional strategies, and campaign plans that increase sell‑through and drive in‑store visibility.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives when needed (sampling, merchandising requests, in‑store support).

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate account records and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Support senior team members on key projects and customer initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly sales achievement
  • Reorder rate & active account percentage
  • Accuracy of sales reporting and account management

Additional Responsibilities

  • Focus sales efforts by existing and potential volume of sales
  • Assist customers by phone, email, and in‑person – purchase order, inquiries, etc.
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customer’s needs and interests
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and preparing follow‑up reports.
  • Develop workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Stay informed on beauty and lifestyle trends and identify new product opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years of experience in B2B account management, retail buying support, sales coordination, or related roles (beauty or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong interest in K‑Beauty and the beauty retail landscape.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing sales trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin or Korean is a plus.
