As a Lifeline Enrollment Expert, you will assist qualified individuals in getting connected using their own phone and a FREE Lifeline SIM card — making the process fast, simple, and secure. With quick approvals, optional device upgrades, and high demand for SIMs, this opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who want to help people while earning strong commissions.
Key Responsibilities- Enroll eligible customers in Lifeline SIM service using their existing phone and a free SIM card, with optional device upgrades.
- Conduct outreach in high-traffic community locations, retail environments, and local events.
- Verify customer eligibility and documents through secure and compliant enrollment systems.
- Clearly explain program benefits and maintain accurate daily enrollment records.
- Assist customers with SIM activation, device setup, and troubleshooting.
- Promote optional upgrades and premium phone offers to increase earnings.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment targets.
This role is ideal for independent and motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction with customers and want the opportunity to earn competitive commissions while making a meaningful difference in their communities.
You will engage with customers at community locations, retail settings, and organized marketing events to complete Lifeline enrollments and activations.
This position plays a critical role in connecting eligible low-income consumers to the Lifeline program. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of the local community and event opportunities
- A proactive approach to outreach and marketing

- High school diploma or GED; advanced education or relevant certification preferred
- Experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles, with established community connections
- Knowledge of the Lifeline program and eligibility criteria
- Previous experience in field sales, community outreach, or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable using digital enrollment tools
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized - Reliable transportation and ability to work locally
- Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
