- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Proven success in competitive B2B markets or dental sales environments.
- History of building trusted relationships with professional decision‑makers.
- Experience growing revenue in relationship‑driven markets.
- Track record of high activity, follow‑up discipline, and customer retention.
- Consultative sales approach with a strong service mindset.
- Excellent communication and formal presentation skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation ability.
- High personal accountability and time‑management discipline.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role.
