Position OverviewThe Pharmacy Vaccine Account Representative (PVAR) represents the company with assigned customers in coordination with the Field Sales Vaccine Pharmacy Account Executives (VPAE). The PVAR must have strong knowledge of the vaccine market and demonstrate sound business judgment, account management skills, customer service tenets, exemplary sales skills, and an understanding of ordering, fulfillment, and returns processes.

- Providing support around vaccine ordering and account management
- This is a hybrid role where approximately 50% of the PVAR's time will be spent on the phone or Microsoft Teams proactively contacting assigned customers and the other 50% will be spent in face‑to‑face engagements with Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacists, and other Vaccine customers.
- Provide superior account management services in coordination with VPAEs and demonstrate critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in professional sales, healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices), or military experience.
- 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience required.
- Superior communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to travel 50% and possess a valid driver’s license to service assigned pharmacy accounts, unless otherwise specified.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000. Salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions or bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
