Territory Leader - Santa Monica & Hollywood, CA

Responsibilities

• Provide territory disease-state education focused on eye care and support launch and ongoing growth of TP-03.
• Manage accounts and build relationships with key eye care stakeholders; understand ophthalmology/optometry practice functions and how they impact prescribing and pull-through.
• Master eye care clinical information (anatomy, disease state, products, TP-03, office treatment patterns) and deliver compliant promotion.
• Maximize managed care opportunities; understand KOLs and engage Tarsus leadership.
• Drive sales execution: exceed sales/performance and productivity metrics; prioritize high-impact customer engagements and trial/utilization.
• Lead launch success by monitoring KPIs weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually and adjusting using data.
• Set and execute actionable business plans; share insights with leadership; maintain high ethical and compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/science/related field or equivalent experience.
• Required:
  
  2+ years pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales, or proven B2B business-to-business sales track record.
• Strongly preferred: pharmaceutical launch experience;
  Eye Care experience.

• Field-based; reports to District Sales Leader.
• Live in Santa Monica, Hollywood, or Beverly Hills.
• Travel required within territory/region and to meetings/HQ (about 40–50% in larger geographies).

Compensation: base pay range by level ($110k to $161k) plus incentive bonus plan, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits.
