Reise Moto is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager (Tyre Sales) to drive business growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand our market presence in the assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth
• Execute sales strategies, promotions, and market development initiatives
• Lead and mentor field sales teams
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
• Strengthen relationships with dealers, retailers, and key customers
• Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
• Drive branding and visibility initiatives at retail touchpoints
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance reviews

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Tyre or Automotive Sales
• Strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned region
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
