Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our Van Nuys team. This is a hand-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.
About the Role
After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.
What You’ll Get
- $23/hour
, with a typical 40-45 hours workweek including overtime and on-call pay - Anticipated annual earnings:$48,000-$57,000
- On-call rotation:Roughly every 10 weeks

- Career progression:This role prepares you to move into a base and commission position.
