Responsibilities & Qualifications- Own regional revenue growth across eCommerce, retail, and subscription brands
- Inherit a small AE team and scale it from a few reps to a real org
- Recruit, hire, and develop top-performing AEs and sales managers
- Build the operating cadence: forecasting, pipeline discipline, territory planning, and sales process
- Stay hands‑on closing strategic enterprise deals while building the systems and playbooks
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
- Represent the business with brand leaders, partners, and at industry events
- Sales leader who has managed 5–10+ sellers on non‑SMB deal sizes
- Proven track record personally closing high 6‑figure / 7‑figure enterprise deals
- Builder mindset: you’ve scaled teams, installed process, and raised the bar
- At least one 4+ year tenure showing you can compound impact
