As a Ferrari Lifestyle Client Advisor, you will be hyper-focused on building and establishing Ferrari Lifestyle as a fashion icon in your individual market and country. You will be a true ambassador of the brand and attract new clients by networking within the community. You will have a radically client-centric mindset and prioritize evolving your client base through maintaining long-lasting, memorable and meaningful relationships

As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business

Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge

Search and discovery new opportunities to drive sales through events, activations and collaborations with Fashion outlets, personal and private stylists, and other external potential partnerships

Ensure all sales-related policies and procedures are maintained

Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends

Customer Service:

Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding client expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as the history and heritage in accordance with the Ferrari Lifestyle selling ceremony

Capture meaningful customer data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purpose of connecting with the client, building relationships, and personalizing future client development opportunities

Maintain an active, accurate, neat, and organized client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests

Confidence to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products

Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience, and contribute to a positive working environment;

Operations:

Understand and properly execute all register functions pertaining to your role

Support Associate Director and Director with managing Annual Inventory and Monthly Cycle Count requirements

Maintain a neat and organized understock and stock room

Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times

Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner to Store Leadership

Communicate inventory needs to Store Leadership to support the business

Human Resources:

Ensure Presentation & Wardrobe standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and adhered to at all times

Follow all company policies and procedures

In order to succeed in this challenging role Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years retail experience within Luxury fashion is preferred. Experience working with international brands is a plus.

The following skills are required to perform the role:
Extremely strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to meaningfully interact with clients and team. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Keen sense of current fashion trends and fashion sensibility within luxury segment. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
