We work directly with developers, general contractors, and project managers to source and procure the core finish materials that define a project — tile and stone, flooring, quartz and solid surfaces, casework and millwork, doors, frames and hardware, and plumbing fixtures — sourced directly from trusted global manufacturers.

Our model is built on direct factory relationships, real construction experience, and disciplined procurement. We help clients get better pricing, reduce lead time risk, and maintain quality and compliance from specification through delivery. Whether it's a 200-unit multifamily development, a hotel renovation, or a large commercial build-out, SupplyX brings structure and accountability to the part of the project that most teams manage reactively.

The Role This is a hunting role. You'll have a clean slate and full ownership of your territory: your accounts, your approach, your results. You will build your pipeline from scratch, win bid opportunities through persistence and expertise, and turn first projects into long-term repeat accounts.

You will own new business development across the multifamily, hospitality, and commercial construction segments — targeting developers, general contractors, owners, and project managers who are building at scale and need a finish materials partner they can trust. If you have spent years selling construction finish materials, know how to read a finish schedule, and understand where a materials partner adds value at every stage of the project lifecycle — this role was built for you.

What You Will Do
• Own new business development across multifamily, hospitality, and commercial construction segments
• Build a pipeline from scratch through self-generated prospecting, outreach, referrals, and industry networking
• Identify and pursue bid opportunities early in pre-construction — before material decisions are made
• Visit projects at different stages — pre-construction, during construction, and at closeout — to stay close to the work, understand scope evolution, and identify new opportunities
• Present finish material sourcing proposals to multi-stakeholder audiences: owners, developers, GCs, and project managers
• Guide clients through material selection, value engineering, substitutions, and specification alignment
• Stay engaged after award — coordinate with operations to ensure delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
• Turn first projects into repeat accounts through consistent follow-through and relationship management
• Represent SupplyX at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity logs, and forecast data in CRM — a clean, honest pipeline is non-negotiable

Required Experience
• 5+ years of B2B sales in construction, selling directly to general contractors, developers, owners, or trade subcontractors
• Direct experience selling finish materials or FF&E — tile and stone, flooring, quartz and solid surface, casework and millwork, doors/frames/hardware, or plumbing fixtures
