We're hiring driven individuals to join our field marketing team and help Southern California homeowners discover smarter, more affordable ways to power their homes.

This is a ground-floor opportunity in a fast-growing industry and a real chance to build communication and sales skills that pay off for the rest of your life. No experience required. We train you on everything.

We work directly with OC Solar, one of the top-rated solar installers in Southern California, helping homeowners cut expensive utility bills and switch to more affordable energy.

This is a door-to-door field position. Your job is to talk with homeowners, spark interest, and set up appointments for a licensed consultant to meet with them.

You won't be closing deals or doing the heavy lifting your role is to start great conversations and book the appointment. It's a simple system to learn, and it's hands-down one of the best ways to develop real-world skills: confidence, communication, persistence, and the ability to connect with people face-to-face.

For the right person, this is a launchpad. The skills you build here open doors to sales, leadership, business, and serious income down the road.

Most homeowners go solar by swapping a high, unpredictable electric bill for a lower, more stable energy bill without a big upfront cost. It's an easy concept for homeowners to understand, which makes your job that much easier to learn.
