Summary
The Sales Associate guides and inspires customers, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience in store and online. The role builds customer relationships, supports sales, and helps maintain operational and merchandising standards.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience while cultivating relationships.
- Drive sales with customers by using technology and sharing relevant loyalty programs.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, floor upkeep, fitting room upkeep, and other operational requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to think creatively about customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
