5-day work week with 2 rotating days off Department

What You'll DoBuild relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features, technology, and benefits.

Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat customers.

Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM while working to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

What You'll Bring2+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.

Desire to achieve personal and financial goals

Build relationships and earn customers trust.

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
