• $70,000–$85,000 base plus commission

• Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
• Educate clients on insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Quote, bind, and issue policies accurately and efficiently

• Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, customer service, or outside sales)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized with strong follow-up skills
• Must obtain or be willing to obtain and maintain California Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses (after hire)
