Arcovia is a capital markets advisory firm working where narrative, psychology, and institutional capital meet. We introduce institutional capital and advise on raises from $5M to $3B+ across infrastructure, energy transition, AI, and frontier technology. We are seeking an experienced Director of Investor Relations to serve as the firm's liaison to its global network of limited partners, family offices, institutional allocators, co-investors, and strategic introducers.
Investor relationships are the foundation of Arcovia's growth. A select group of strategic partners brings high-conviction capital to our mandates. A wider network of allocators, advisors, and scouts trusts us with introductions and allocations every year.
This is not a network-building role. It is a network-bringing role. We are looking for a professional who already holds active, trusted relationships with investors who write checks, and who can put those relationships to work alongside Arcovia's own from the first quarter.
Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Director has an evenly split mandate:
- Stewardship: looking after Arcovia's existing investor relationships.
- Development: growing new and renewed investor business, starting with the candidate's own book.
We believe these reinforce each other. Investors who are well served are the most reliable source of new capital. This role must never pursue new LPs at the expense of the partners the firm already has.
Day to day, the Director will:
- keep investors informed on live mandates and outcomes
- manage the Arcovia Circle database
- deliver investor analytics that inform firm strategy
- represent Arcovia at signature events
- re-engage investors who have not participated in some time
The ideal candidate has worked inside or alongside family offices, funds, placement agents, or wealth platforms. They understand the economics and rhythms of private capital, and they treat every investor as a valued client of the firm.
These areas carry roughly equal weight. About half of the role is looking after existing investor relationships, and half is developing new and renewed ones. We expect growth to come first from relationships that are well served.
Investor Relationship Management- Serve as the point of contact for Arcovia's LPs, family offices, co-investors, and co‑advisory partners, except for the select strategic relationships managed by the CIO and CEO. Ensure a responsive, discreet, and consistent experience at every touchpoint.
- Support the CIO in developing strategic relationships with high‑conviction allocators. This includes onboarding new partners, coordinating data room and portal access, and finding ways to deepen existing relationships.
- Maintain a regular relationship cadence of scheduled calls, visits, and personal touchpoints across Arcovia's investor network in the US, Europe, and the GCC.
- Resolve investor concerns promptly. Escalate issues to leadership with recommended solutions, and coordinate internally with deal teams, compliance, and our broker‑dealer of record.
- Activate your existing network. Introduce qualified allocators from your own relationships to Arcovia's mandates in a compliant, thesis‑aligned way, from first conversation through onboarding.
- Originate new capital sources that fit our active mandates and sector priorities. These include family offices, institutional funds, fund‑of‑funds, sovereign‑linked vehicles, and strategic corporates.
- Rekindle dormant relationships. Identify investors who haven't engaged recently and run structured re‑engagement outreach.
- Expand existing relationships by introducing current investors to sectors, geographies, and structures beyond those they already participate in.
- Maintain a live pipeline of…
