As the Associate Director of Development, you will be responsible for qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, growing and managing a portfolio of lower-level major gift prospects. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Director and Executive Director of Development, Neurology and Neurosurgery as you organize and meet with donors, develop compelling written communications to constituencies and develop strategic approaches to advance philanthropic priorities.
