SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Staff-Level Paleontologist for field-based paleontological resources work in Southern California and the western United States. The position is temporary and hourly, with travel required and pay dependent on experience.
Qualified candidates have a B.S./B.A. in paleontology, earth science, or geology or equivalent experience, plus about 1–2 years of monitoring experience. Supervisory duties may include leading a field crew and coordinating with senior staff.
