Job Overview

We are looking for a security officer for an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, operate with complete integrity and respect, have manners, and be self‑aware of their actions. They must be able to work as a team, be a hard‑worker, self‑driven, and be committed to the mission of the job.

The ideal candidate will take their role as a security officer seriously, be punctual, presentable, and show excellent performance. Any training on arrest and detention, medical, CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military is highly desirable. Patrolling on foot/golf cart, standing your ground towards 5150’s, transients, and preventing theft from trespassers experience is highly desirable. Be alert, active, and have situational awareness.

Be familiarized with Trespassing laws, specifically Penal Code 602 CA.

Unarmed Security Guard

Entry Level: Full Time / Part Time - Morning

Uniforms are provided by Dinasty Security. Consists of long/short sleeve shirt, wind‑breaker, pants, and company hat.

• Duty Belt
• Handcuffs with holder
• Flashlight with holder
• Tactical security boots or patrol shoes (black)
• Security Badge

• Access Control:
  Screen & Register all incoming visitors
• Perform hourly patrols walking / golf cart / Detex
• Secure/Guard facility and other designated areas on private property
• Observe:
  Remain alert, look out for any suspicious activity
• Report:
  Create Incident Reports and Notify management team of any incidents
• Log in/out visitors, vendors, contractors, construction companies
• Customer Service:
  Provide manners, and respect at all times.
• Able to work alone, and stand your ground.
• Situational awareness and able to find solutions to problems quickly.
• Make sure all gates and locks are secured and locked
• Prevent trespassers from entering private property
• Communicate with the client for reports
• Report daily activity logs, serious incident logs
• Protect and provide safety to the property
• Never give up!

• Must be able to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs.

• Must pass pre‑employment background check
• Reliable Transportation

California Guard Card (REQUIRED) (Mandatory)

At least High school or equivalent (preferred)

Entry‑level positions available for those that are new to the security industry.
