Manage the exclusive entrance and conduct patrols of VIP Lounge and corridor;
Prevent and resolve altercations among guests, lead emergency evacuation procedures;
Inspect guests for prohibited items and enforce venue policies;
Interact with patrons, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
