** Security Officer - Night Shift Patrol

** Los Angeles, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy automotive parking location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support guests with clear communication and customer service. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and partner with site staff to keep operations running smoothly.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a parking garage and vehicle traffic environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including vehicle-related concerns, disputes, and/or medical situations, and communicate updates to appropriate personnel.

+ Conduct regular and random foot patrols of parking levels, stairwells, elevators, entry and exit lanes, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.

+ Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian flow, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance issues such as lighting outages, blocked lanes, and trip hazards.

+ Complete shift documentation and incident reports, including patrol activity, observed conditions, and/or client requests, and assist with directing visitors to appropriate areas as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have a minimum of 6+ months of security-related experience.

+ A guard card/license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
