As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants, visitors, and property teams with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial property location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter, noting and reporting unusual conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, fire and alarm activations, and/or property damage.

+ Monitor access points and building activity as assigned, verify credentials when required, and direct guests and vendors to appropriate locations while maintaining professional conduct.

+ Complete shift logs and incident reports, communicate with property management and Allied Universal supervision, and document security-related observations and actions taken.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
