Provide customer service to visitors and personnel by following site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate responders and/or management as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points.;
Control access points by monitoring entrances, verifying identification and/or credentials as required, and directing visitors to appropriate areas.;
Document daily activities, incidents, and observed hazards in written reports and logs, and communicate relevant information to on-site staff.
