Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Control access by checking identification, issuing visitor passes, directing visitors to authorized areas, and/or documenting entries and exits per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or site leadership as required.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, and report unusual activity per post orders.
