Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Control access to government facilities by verifying identification and credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas;
Monitor alarms, radios, phones, and video surveillance systems, and report irregular activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, disturbances, and suspicious activity;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, interior areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations
