Provide customer service to authorized staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical campus disturbances, access issues, and policy violations.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, escalating concerns through the chain of command and documenting actions taken.;
Support access control by verifying credentials, directing visitors to approved check-in points, and helping to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
