Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate public agency partners and/or site contacts as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations.;
Monitor access points and verify credentials as required, maintain visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity per site procedures.;
Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and policy violations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate notable information during shift transitions.
