Provide customer service to all visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Control access points by monitoring entrances, verifying identification and/or credentials as required, issuing visitor passes, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notification of appropriate personnel, and documentation of actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and perimeter points, and report hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations;
Complete timely, accurate reports and logs, monitor cameras and alarms when assigned, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision
