Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor alarms, access control systems, and/or video surveillance; receive calls for service and dispatch officers and/or appropriate resources according to post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate notifications to site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident documentation, and shift activity reports; communicate clear status updates to on-site personnel and supervisors;
Support security-related operations by tracking keys and/or credentials, verifying visitor and contractor information per site policy, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent monitoring and communication
