Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.;
Monitor alarm systems, access control activity, and/or video systems; receive calls for service and dispatch officers and/or appropriate resources per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records; communicate status updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
